All you need is a device with a camera and microphone (like a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable internet connection.

    For Bay Area residents craving a break from screens, consider the option of walk-and-talk therapy sessions.

  • Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes.

    The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some people find that a few sessions are sufficient, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. We will regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

  • The cost for an individual session is $210. If finances are a challenge, we can discuss options to make therapy affordable.

    If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt of your therapy sessions) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your provider to find out if out-of-network benefits are included in your health coverage.
