Life Moves Fast—And It Can Feel Like You’re Struggling to Keep Up
From work demands to challenges at home it’s easy to feel like you’re just barely holding it together. Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm creep in, making it harder to focus, relax, or enjoy life’s small joys. Maybe you’re on edge with loved ones, stuck in a cycle of overthinking, or just feeling stretched too thin.
Therapy is your time to pause, reflect, and reset.
Available in flexible online sessions or with restorative walk-and-talk therapy.
Relief from Constant Pressure
Do you hold yourself to impossible standards, constantly pushing to do more or be better? You might spend your days replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or bracing for what could go wrong. Despite all your efforts, that nagging feeling of “not enough” never seems to go away.
Therapy can help you quiet the inner critic, let go of self-doubt, and dial back the pressure to be perfect.
Support for The Givers and Caretakers
If you’re the person everyone leans on—whether as a caregiver, helping professional, or friend—you might find yourself exhausted, drained, and unsure how to pull back without feeling guilty about it. Over time, it can feel like you’re losing yourself.
Therapy can help you build boundaries that honor your needs and reclaim a sense of balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.

Therapy is completely individually-focused, which means everyone will get something different out of it. Your current life circumstances, your history of experiences, and your insights and perspectives will shape your unique sessions.
Therapy can address specific needs in the short term or be a regular practice for ongoing personal growth. In either case, therapy isn’t meant to be a quick fix or a passive activity where you get told what to do; it’s a participatory process, so the more you engage, the more you’ll benefit. Ultimately, it’s about applying what you learn to your daily life.

Open to all California residents, online sessions, also called telehealth therapy, allow us to connect through secure video conferencing. Online sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions, offering a convenient way to receive support and care from the comfort of your own home or any private space where you feel at ease. All you need is a device with a camera and microphone (like a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a stable internet connection.
If you encounter any technical issues, don’t worry! Try to reconnect first. If the problem continues, give me a call and I’ll help you troubleshoot.
For Bay Area residents craving a break from screens, consider exploring the option for walk-and-talk therapy sessions.

Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes.
The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some people find that a few sessions are sufficient, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. We will regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

If finances are a challenge, we can discuss options to make therapy affordable.
I am in-network with Aetna and Cigna. To check your coverage, visit my profile at helloalma.com
If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt of your therapy sessions) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Note that not all insurance companies/plans reimburse for superbills, so you'll need to contact your provider to find out if that is included in your health coverage.
*There may be an additional charge for walk-and-talk sessions that are outside my service radius. At this time walk-and-talk sessions are not eligible to be covered by insurance.
