Coaching is not intended to address disorders such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, or ADHD. It does not involve diagnosing, treating symptoms, or uncovering the origin of issues.
Coaching is more present and future oriented; we talk about solutions, more so than problems.
If at any point in the provision of my services a participant exhibits a need for therapy, I will help them connect with appropriate resources.
