Online therapy is available to anyone living in California. Please keep in mind that my license requires you to be physically located within the state at the time of each session.

In-person walk-and-talk sessions can be provided within the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in the South Bay and the Peninsula. Cities outside those regions may be considered.

Wellness support for organizations and professional coaching is available online worldwide.

The cost for an individual therapy session is $210.

If you’d like to use your insurance, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Checking with your insurer about out-of-network benefits can help you understand what’s covered.

I also want therapy to be as accessible as possible. I offer a limited number of openings for Aetna insurance and a sliding scale for those who qualify. Please feel free to reach out to learn more about these options.
