Online therapy is available to anyone living in California. Please keep in mind that my license requires you to be physically located within the state at the time of each session.

In-person walk-and-talk sessions can be provided within the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in the South Bay and the Peninsula. Cities outside those regions may be considered.

Wellness support for organizations and professional coaching is available online worldwide.

Most of our work happens during scheduled sessions. Between meetings, you can reach me by email or phone (call or text) during business hours for brief questions or scheduling needs.

Individual Therapy Session (telehealth or Walk-and-Talk): $215

Focused, Single Session: $245

For services that are eligible for insurance coverage, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Checking with your insurer about out-of-network benefits can help you understand what’s covered.

I also want therapy to be as accessible as possible. I offer a limited number of openings for insurance (Aetna and Providence) and sliding scale appointments based on financial need. Please feel free to reach out to learn more about these options.
